Mike Cauley
Mike Cauley was born in Bradenton, FL and raised in Jacksonville. He attended SAU where he met and later married his wife Dottie in 1974.
He served as a pastor in the Southern Union for 15 years. And then 2 years as Executive Secretary in Pennsylvania Conference and 8 1/2 years as Conference President in Pennsylvania.
In 2003 He was elected as Conference President of the Florida Conference of Seventh-day Adventists and served for 14 1/2 years.
He completed a Doctorate in Executive Leadership from McCormick Theological Seminary in 2006. Mike has a passion to see people of all ages grow to reach their God-given potential and is currently serving as a leadership coach and consultant for pastors and church leaders.
