Questions you asked the panel

What do you say or what does the Bible say about people who think that they can make any day as their Sabbath?

Can the true seventh day be located( since there has been debate about the calendar being charged) and can't we keep any day holy eg. Sunday in honor of the resurrection?

How do I explain to my friends who aren't SDA that the Sabbeth is on Saturday and not Sunday?

Doesn't Hebrew 4 mean Jesus The sacrificial Lamb is now our Sabbath rest and we are no longer obligated to that law?

How do you connect the Sabbath rest with salvation by faith?

How did the whole world come to worship on a day other than Saturday and call it Sabbath?

The Bible makes it clear the Sabbath is the seventh-day. Why do others worship on Sunday?

If someone is a believer but doesn't worship on sabbath does that mean they are not sealed?

My son told me the Sabbath commandment said "you should not work on the Sabbath" so why can't he play soccer and basketball on Sabbath? He is not working, he's playing for fun

Is there anything wrong with resting on sabbath like it says to do but going to church to worship on Sunday?

Who changed the day of worship from Sabbath to Sunday in history?

In the beatitudes, Jesus says "Blessed are the poor in spirit" What does it mean to be poor in spirit?

Why doesn't the sda church observe the sabbath the same as the Jews?

What are your thoughts on buying food, eating at a restaurant on the sabbath if you didn't have time to prepare meals for your family prior to sunset?

It has been said that the Catholic church admitted years ago that they changed the day of worship from sabbath day to Sunday, is this true?

Is keeping the Sabbath only enough to save us?

Presenter

  • Anslem Paul

Pastor C. Anslem Paul was born the second son of two sons to Elder & Mrs. O. H. Paul, in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, in 1972. At an early age he gave his heart to the Lord and found that his calling was to engage other young people in the ministry of preparing the world for the 2nd coming of Jesus.

He graduated from Oakwood College in 1996 with a degree in Ministerial Theology, while also having matriculated thru the Business Administration Program. Prior to graduating from Oakwood, Pastor Paul had the wonderful opportunity of serving in the South Pacific Division for a year in Australia as an Associate Pastor in the Victoria Conference of Seventh-day Adventist.

Pastor Paul received a call from the Southeastern Conference in 1996. After having matriculated thru both the Master’s of Divinity and the Masters of Youth Ministry programs at Andrew’s University in Berrien Springs, Michigan, and pastoring several churches in Florida and Georgia, Pastor Paul is currently the pastor of the New Hope S. D. A. Church in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

In 2014, Pastor Paul made a very special “Altar Call” to Ms. Arcinda Massop. She responded to that call by walking down the aisle to become his wife in May of 2015.

Pastor Paul believes that no dream is too big, and that no effort put forth is too great when it comes to sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ with the world. Creativity, innovation, passion, the power of the Holy Spirit, and knees scuffed up from seasons spent in prayer are what he believes will make the biggest difference in the world around him.
