In Episode 51 of the Bible Unmasked, Principal Robert Stevenson and Pastor Jennifer Hernandez discuss 2 Thessalonians 1 through James 5, including the final Pauline Epistles.
Date: December 19, 2021
Questions in this episode: Has the rebellion already occurred, and has the man of lawlessness been revealed? If not, when will the rebellion occur, and will the man of lawlessness be revealed? Who is the man of lawlessness? Why did Paul’s instructions for men differ from his instructions for women? Should women in today’s church still dress modestly, with decency and propriety, adorning themselves, not with elaborate hairstyles or gold or pearls or expensive clothes, but with good deeds, appropriate for women who profess to worship God? If I live according to the principles described in this passage, looking after the orphans and widows, and keeping myself from being polluted by the world, do I need to be affiliated with a religion or denomination?

Jennifer Hernandez
Jennifer Hernandez was born and raised on the beautiful island of Oahu, Hawaii. Her love for sharing Jesus began when she dedicated her voice to Him, as a child by singing throughout the islands; preaching began during high school. Motivated to answer God’s call on her life, Jen moved her family to England, where she obtained her BS in Behavioral Sciences at Newbold College. Together with her husband, Armando, and their five boys, God has taken them on a journey of faith, with opportunities to share His love throughout Europe and the United States. She enjoys being actively involved in children’s ministries, women’s ministries, and worship ministries. Jennifer recently graduated with her Master of Divinity degree from Andrews University Theological Seminary and is excited to now be serving as an Associate Pastor at Plantation Seventh-day Adventist Church.
